Looking for someone to take over my tenancy as I am going home.
Ensuite room with private bathroom in a huge student houseshare. The room is in second floor on the rear side of the house view of the back garden. Nice friendly housemates. There 9 rooms in total The house referbished last summer. 2 kitchens 2 washingdrawer machines . Huge lounge downstairs with guest toilet and a nice garden . I want to transfer the contract to whoever is interested . The only reason for me to leave the house is me withdrawing from Uni and going home. thouse house is in convenient location where cardiff uni is just 5 minutes away and lidle and lots of shops are just right the corner. The room will be available from the beginning of February 2019 and ut last to 28/06/2019.
