Beautiful double room to rent. Shared house Splott

Beautiful, spacious and airy double room to rent in shared household in a Splott. All bills included!

Just a short walk into town and to the local shops. There is also a bus stop around the corner from the house!

We are looking for a friendly, sociable, clean and tidy housemate to come and live with us. There’s currently 2 males and 2 females, all young professionals between the ages of 27-36 living here. We like to eat and drink together sometimes and enjoy going out socially also.

If you have a dog we would consider letting your dog come too as long as it’s toilet trained, likes cuddles and we can take it for walks as well :)

I should also mention the room is furnished with a king size bed, bed side table and large built in wardrobes but please feel free to bring your own pieces of furniture into this room should you need more storage!
