Large double room at the 2nd floor of a flat share with nice student.
The rooms is the largest of the house.
The room has a double bed, one desk, one bedside table, one cupboard and two shelfs.
There are two roof windows so it's very luminous.

I'm a French student and I leave the house at the end of February. The room is available on the 1st of March 2019. Student preferred
The room (and the house) is linked with the agency The Umbrella Home.
The rent is 357£ per month (water, gas, electricity bills included).
For the internet we pay 6£ each per month.
The deposit is 357£ if you have a guarantor. If not, the deposit is 714£.
There is also fees agency of 100£.
