We're looking for a professional to live with us in a double en suite bedroom, in a 4 bed maisonette. Available from March 1st until June 30th. Please note that the bathroom in the pictures is from another room but they're pretty much identical.

There's currently 2 girls and a non binary person living here, we're all 22 and we've been friends for years. We have a sociable flat but we tend to keep it quiet between Monday to Thursday evenings. From Friday - Sunday (but not late on Sunday) we usually have friends over, we'd be more than happy for our new flat mate to do the same.

The flats fully furnished and has an open plan kitchen, terrace and spare bathroom/laundry room with a washer and dryer. The bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and desk included and a en suite with a shower.

Rent is £410 a month with bills but not including council tax which we estimate will take the cost up to £450.
