We have a double bedroom available for rent in two storey house, in Roath. Just around the corner from the local shops and pubs of Albany Road.
It’s a double bedroom at the rear of the property furnished, wardrobe, shelves and a double bed.
The house is spacious and comfortable.
It's a 4 person home, Jack, Ian, Toby and Dora. Dora is about to move out so there is a room going,. Room is available from 1st December so we're looking for someone new. Everyone is fairly active and try and get out and do stuff either as a group or independently. Everyone is fairly busy during the week with work but it's good to get out mid week if there something going on.
It's important to find the right match for the house, get in contact if you think you'll fit in.
