Hello I have 2 double rooms to rent, one of which is a large master bedroom with en-suite and the other is a double room with its own exclusive bathroom.

It's a 4 bedroom townhouse, but only two rooms are available.

Brief description of the house:

On the ground floor, there's a shower room and large utility with washing machine and tumble dryer.

FIRST FLOOR: Kitchen/diner with an American fridge freezer, dishwasher etc and large lounge.

SECOND FLOOR:

ROOM 1: NOW TAKEN.

SECOND DOUBLE ROOM includes exclusive use of bathroom. Again, the usual furniture double bed, wardrobe chest of draws.

There's parking on the drive for two cars and a spacious garden.

The rent includes all bills including council tax and broadband, gas and electricity.

It's about a 30 minute walk into town but there is a bus stop at the end of the road and plenty of regularly buses. It's also about a 20 minute walk from the BBC in Llandaff - easy access to M4 and A470.
