Double Room available on my spacious property. The room has a brand new bed and mattress, plenty of storage with a fitted Ikea wardrobe and a small desk. . Downstairs, there's a modern kitchen with an American Fridge, dishwasher, and a washer dryer in the utility room. A spacious living room with a dining table, modern sofas and a smart tv. There are two bathrooms: a shower room downstairs and a bathroom with hydro-massage bath upstairs.
You can leave your car outside all day, as there is free unrestricted street parking. The property is 15 min walk to Principality Stadium. Great location, within walking distance to the City centre and Cardiff Bay.
There are an array of new amenities close by including The Grange a gastro pub with real ale, great food and winner of Cardiff pub of the year; the Tramshed Arts Centre with its own bars, arty cinema and venue for regular live events is only a few minutes away. The Pure Gym is an easy 10 minutes walk. The area is littered with many restaurants, take-aways, supermarkets and convenience stores. Plus all the Bay has to offer is a 15 minute stroll down the river.

I'm a freelancer in the media industry, working either from home or elsewhere in the UK or abroad. Love adventures, travel, arts, culture, food, gin, social action and equality.
The house is quite spacious, in a lovely quiet street with friendly neighbours. I have a wonderful cleaner who comes once a week to clean the communal areas.
The rent is £500/month, and this includes all bills (Council tax, gas & electric, water, TV license, broadband, and cleaner)

I sometimes work from home, but I often spend long periods away. The house has a lovely atmosphere, is sociable without being a party house and I love sharing my house with like-minded people.
