Hi my name is lewis and I'm looking for one person to move into my house.

I'm a youngish landlord (27) who lives with his friend who is a youngish professional (29) (jamie) and I am looking for one more person to rent a room.

The house is nicely decorated and has full mod cons. Upgrades to the house are always undergoing. We have a nice size living room with pull out sofa bed in case anyone needs to stay over, big dinning room with a big record collection, all real music no house lol, big decked garden which seats 20 people for summer bbq’s, kitchen and bath/shower room and toilet room.

I'm looking for someone friendly and outgoing. Student or young professional. Male or Female. We are both very social but also enjoy our own space. This is not a party house but do enjoy people over on the weekends or week days from time to time. But both work in the week.

Their is one rooms on offer, a small double room with 4ft bed
I charge £380 per month all bills included
That also includes net and sky tv.
I do not want a bond or deposit, or a minimum contract. Just rent at the start of each month if you had to leave at any point I know circumstances change all the time.

There is also lots of non res parking on my street
