The flat is a short walk away from Newport Road, which has Sainsbury's, Morrisons, M&S, Matalan, Currys/PC-World etc.
There is a bus stop within walking distance that’ll take you into town with the following routes (44, 45, 45B, 49, 50, 30). Buses 44, 45, 49 and 50 will take you to the centre, which will be about a 15-minute bus ride. Buses are every 8 minutes.
There are several activity centres close by, which include Boulders, The Gym, Riverside Leisure Centre, Evolve Fitness, and Infinity Trampoline Park.

Myself
I'm a live-in landlord and I've been renting out the spare room here for about 5 years. I normally handle the upkeep of the livingroom and kitchen. My family are in Cardiff and they do visit from time to time but generally no one sleeps over. I have two in-door cats and they are friendly to everyone. I usually keep to myself but wouldn't mind the odd catch-up with my flatmate.
