A good sized double room is available to rent in a house with 3 female physiotherapy students. The house is in a perfect location for students or those working at the University hospital as it is such a short walk away!
The house is right off Whitchurch Road so there's plenty of shops and places to eat close by.
The house has plenty of space with 2 upstairs and 2 downstairs bedrooms, 1 bathroom upstairs, a living room, a good sized kitchen and a garden with street parking also available.
All tenants are moving in to the house in July due to the nature of the course, however most courses aren't due to start until September therefore there is an option to move in then without having to pay summer rent!
