There are 3 rooms unexpectedly available in this 5 bed house due to the previous 3 members of the house going their separate ways.
The current 2 housemates are both working. One of the housemates has a lovely dog.
You will be joining a contract which will end on 14th September 2019 so note that there is a maximum 4 and and half months term. (a further term maybe available)
We're looking for full time working professionals, - you will be required to show 3 months pay slips in evidence, along with a reference from your employer.
A UK guarantor is also required, along with a £300 deposit.
If you are unable to provide a UK guarantor it is possible to pay rent in advance instead.
