Overlooking the Wetlands Reserve (featured recently in BBC's Hamza's Hidden Wild Isles), the house is in a peaceful spot with easy access to the city centre.

Loads of outdoors and sports opportunities nearby. The yacht club at the end of the road marks the start of the Taff Trail connecting you to town and as far as Brecon, and Cardiff’s International Sports Village is just a few minutes drive.

The current housemates (young professionals) have lived here for around 2 years, and a new housemate has just moved in. They’re looking for an easy-going, clean and considerate housemate to join them, as the room has become available immediately due to moving on for new jobs and house purchase.
