2 housemates both young professionals so looking for a 3rd & 4th to join them. (Rooms available due to moving on for work and house purchase).
Situated on a quiet, no through road with the yacht club at the end. Houses are on one side of the road, wetlands park and views of the bay on the other, permit holders parking is possible immediately outside.

Some bills are included, broadband, tv licence and council tax are covered in the rent and is band G . (Other utilities paid by the housemates).
