Looking for a female (preferably) to take over the tenancy for this lovely spacious, furnished en-suite room. This room is the second room in on the bottom floor meaning you will have no noise from the road outside. Another benefit of this room is that it has an en-suite which is perfect for students who are perhaps training in the medical profession, have training for sports or do night shifts. House of 5 other girls, 2 of which are vegetarian. All interested in sports and all will be in their second year of a sport degree of some kind! What to expect living in this house; fun, lively, hardworking atmosphere but also respectful of peoples wishes when perhaps you want some peace and quiet!

Spacious open plan living room/kitchen and lots of space throughout the house so you are not all squashed into the same place! 2 other bathrooms on the second floor so no need to worry about how long people are in the bathroom for! 10 minute walk from Albany road and central to town!
