Spacious Double Room

Looking for someone to take over a spare room ASAP from July to August. The house is located in Cathays. Just a few minutes from the SU and Cathays train station. This house has three floors and the available room is on the top floor. There is one shower room (ground floor), a bathroom (second floor) and a toilet (ground floor).

We also get a cleaner to clean the communal areas twice a month. It’s included in the rent. So it’s a very clean house.

Current housemates that are living in this house are mostly third years and postgraduate students.
We are a very sociable house and most of the current tenants living here are from different places in the world. So a multicultural house, which is a lot of fun.
