Room for short/medium term let

Doulble room available in owners home. I am not at the house a lot as I stay with my partner in the next street most of the time but as this remains my home, I have a key and come and go. Looking for someone clean, tidy and easy to get along with. This is not a party house and any over night guests will need to be discussed. The room is furnished with a bed, wardrobe and desk. I have been having lodgers for about 6 years now and have so far been very lucky with my guests. I can provide testimonials from them.
