Room to rent in a lovely 8 bed, 4 bathroom house, from the 3rd of July to mid September, located in the heart of Cathays.
Room is fully furnished with bed, wardrobe and shelving.
The house includes a washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher fridge freezers, sinks, oven and hob.
There is a shared living room with a flat-screen TV and sofas, a large kitchen and a small paved garden.
The landlord is reliable with 20 years of experience.
I will be on an exchange trip for 3 months so am looking for someone to fill my room for this time. Another student is preferable, as the 7 other housemates are all second-year students aged 20. They are all very warm, welcoming and open people who will make you feel comfortable.
