This traditional house is well situated in a quiet road close to Whitchurch Road with many shops, restaurants, coffee shops and bars. Also, the house is within easy access to A48 and easy access to the M4, University Hospital Wales and Companies House.

Council tax band E, is included along with Superfast Broadband and there is a cleaner once a fortnight for communal areas which helps keep the house clean and tidy.

Also included are gas, electric, with a fair use policy of £300.00 per month. Anything over this the tenants pay their share. At present, there is nothing extra to pay.

Water rates and the TV licence in the communal area is included too.
