This is a traditional house which is well situated in a quiet road close to Whitchurch Road with many shops, restaurants, coffee shops and bars. Also, the house is within easy access to A48 and easy access to the M4, University Hospital Wales and Companies House.
The kitchen is due to be refurbished soon but it is not scheduled yet and I do not know how long it will take at this stage.
Council tax band E, is included along with Superfast Broadband and there is a cleaner once a fortnight for communal areas which helps keep the house clean and tidy.
Also included are gas, electric, with a fair use policy of £300.00 per month. Anything over this the tenants pay their share. At present, there is nothing extra to pay.
Water rates and the TV licence in the communal area is included too.
The kitchen is fully equipped with washer/dryer, gas cooker with grill and oven, microwave and all crockery and utensils. There are two fridge freezers so plenty of space for everyone.
The living/dining room has dining table and chairs, two leather sofas and tv. There is a private rear garden.
No smoking inside the house and no pets allowed. Sorry no couples. A mixture of male and female tenants is ideal although there are four male tenants at present., English speaking in their 20's.
ALSO, there is a large storage shed which is secure and dry if you want to store a bicycle or have large items etc.
