The room is on the second floor of the house and has a lovely view of the garden and tree lined street outside, with loads of natural light throughout the day and a really good black-out blind for at night.

- Shared living room with two comfy leather sofas and a flatscreen TV. The TV belongs to one of the tenants but everyone is free to use it, and there's even a house Netflix account you can sign up to if you want.
- Spacious bathroom with shower over bathtub and plenty of storage space for toiletries.
- Fully fitted kitchen with gas hob, electric oven and grill, large fridge-freezer, microwave, large washing machine and tumble dryer, and lots of cupboard space.
- Garden at the back of the house with brand new decking and astroturf.
-Plenty of on-street parking outside the house.
- Fortnightly cleaning of communal areas included in the rent.

The house was refurbished recently and all the furnishings and appliances are brand new so it's all really good quality.

It's a shared house of four and the three current housemates are really lovely. They're looking for someone friendly and clean, preferably a girl to keep the balance as there's only one now I've gone!
