Within 20 minutes walk of Cardiff City Centre, and 10 minutes walk away from Cathay Train Station. There is plenty of on street parking with no permits required. A load of local shops within a 5 minute walk of the property, and is in a safe, friendly area.

It’s a ground floor flat, with a private back garden area. Open plan living kitchen area. I’m currently living with one other post grad professional.
