This flat really is the best of both worlds because not only is it lovely but the location couldn't be better and no matter what time you are walking home there are others around so it always feels very safe.

The flat is currently available from the 7th July so if you move in then you will only have to pay 2 weeks rent up until 26th.

Rent is £400 per month which is to be paid on the 26th of each month, bills are £140 and the deposit is £450. So all in all you can move in for £990.
