Double room in great Cardiff location

Looking for a roommate to share this beautiful house

Hi, I am looking for a new house mate as my old housemate is leaving the country. Ive recently moved to to Cardiff to work full time as a software engineer so I am fairly new to the area but find the house to be perfectly located in walking distance to pretty much everything you need.

A bit about myself; I like keeping fit and try to do some sort of exercise (biking, badminton, dance, boxing, gyming) everyday after work. I am socialable and like going to the pubs, games night, movies, gaming ( I have a switch 😆), and also very chilled and am looking for someone who is too!
I am also a big sharer?, I like sharing all the mundane house hold stuff, and occasionally like cooking for others. I work 9-5 and don’t normally get home until late.

i would prefer a friend rather than just a housemate as I’m new to wales would like for someone to go adventuring with. If you think we will get along living together drop message me :).
