We are two girls looking for a new tenant, since our flatmate is leaving.
It's a three room flat in Cardiff city centre. The living room is spacious and very bright. There are two bathrooms. The future flatmate will share the bathroom with one of the current tenants.
We are looking for someone clean and reliable. We are friendly, sport-lovers and we love cooking together. We spend a lot of time in the common living room, when we are free.
One of us is a PhD student and the other a Post Doc at Cardiff Uni. We work weekdays, usually from 9am to 7pm.
In addition to the 367£/m of rent, there is internet (around 10£/m each) and electricity (around 50£/m). We don't have a gas bill, cause the hob is electric.
Also, the council tax is not included and it's about 100£/m each if the new tenant is not a student.
