Hello
Our housemate just left her huge room with a king sized bed and en-suite (definitely big enough to work from home) so we are looking for a new housemate to take her place :)
I should also say- I’m not a live in landlord but I couldn’t work out how to change the ad
About the house:
The house has four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a living/dining room and a kitchen. Two bedrooms have king size beds and one has a double but they are a really decent size.
The house has just been decorated, so its all really clean and brand new. The kitchen has just had all new appliances including fridge, washing machine and dish washer. Oh, and the living room TV is set up with Netflix and Amazon Prime :)
The garden has just been done and is a good size, perfect for enjoying the sun or the odd BBQ in the summer.
The house, including all the bedrooms are fully furnished but if you have any bits you'd like to bring I'm sure we can find room for it.
The house has loads of storage, including a garage, which you'd be very welcome to use for storage - I currently keep my bike in there :)
There are two parking spaces at the house and loads more street parking outside.
About the area:
Pentwyn is a great area. There is a good corner shop and a few takeaways just round the corner. Lidl, Waitrose and Asda are a couple of minutes drive away.
The park and ride is also a couple of minutes drive or a 20 minute walk where you can get the bus into town which takes 15 minutes. There is also a bus stop right outside the house which goes straight into town and comes every 10 minutes. We are also really close to UHW and Cardiff Gate.
The street is nice a quiet. The neighbours are all really friendly.
About us:
We are all friends and like to hang out together but also have our own lives. We go to the gym. But also like wine, eating out, binging netflix and nights in with a takeaway.
We are looking to live with sociable, friendly, tidy people who will treat the house like their home.
