Super Cheap Shared Flat in Roath

Flat is on Penylan Road above the arcade that connects it to Wellfield road, first flooe flat, the room is on the second floor, it has room for a double bed and furniture it is unfurnished and has a small box room next to it for storage. My name is Matt I live with my friend tom we are both friendly and share the kitchen and bathroom, there is no lounge but we just hang out in eachothers rooms or whatever. There is parking on the road which is free, but also parking you need a permit for, I can let you know wheres free. We have a cat at the moment which we are looking after for a friend for no more than a month.

I figured if you are interested you could come check out the flat and we can have a chat/coffee. Also if you would need help moving in me and Tom are totally free to help. Oh yeah and I'm 23 and Tom's 24, I'm a student and he's working.
