Room in friendly, character flat near Roath park

I have just rented a beautiful two-bedroom character flat near Roath park and am looking for someone to share it with me.

The flat: spacious, bright and furnished throughout. There is a living room with two sofas (one is a sofa bed) and bay windows (perfect for people watching!). Kitchen with dining area. Bathroom with free standing bath, separate shower and two sinks. The bedroom has a walk in wardrobe. There is also a large terrace that gets the sun in the afternoon... note that the terrace is through my bedroom, but I'm more than happy to share it! I expect bills will be approx £100/month.

Me: I am just finishing a neuroscience PhD and will be continuing to work in research at Cardiff uni. That means I tend to be fairly busy during the week, but I'm looking for someone who would like to hang out sometimes in the evenings or at weekends. I'm laid-back, liberal and enjoy cooking and a glass o vino... ideally looking for someone similar! I am also tidy and respectful and would like someone who would treat the flat as a home :)
