Spare Room available near Universities

Spare furnished large double room (currently with single bed) with desk in large 4 bedroom house near Cardiff University and the University Hospital of Wales (Heath Hospital). Easy access to city centre or university by bus, bike or walking. The house has 2 living rooms (2 TV’s), a large dining room, kitchen, garden, 2 toilets, bath and shower. There is a spare bike available to borrow.

You’ll be living with a professional male who often works from home, his partner who is expecting a baby in January, and occasionally her 7 year old daughter. We might also get a kitten.

We are looking for non-smoking professionals or students that are tidy and respectful.
