Tenant Required - Flat Share in brilliant location

I am looking to end my tenancy agreement in a flat share on Colum Road Cardiff due to health issues.
The house is £350 a month in rent and utilities cost around £50 a month (water, electricity and broadband) making the total cost around £400 pcm.
The flat has two floors and has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and an open plan living room/ kitchen. There are two girls currently living in the flat, a student nurse and a masters student, so the flat is quiet during the day times and weekends but both girls are quite chatty and friendly.
The flat is right down the end of Colum Road around a five minute walk away from both Lidl and Cardiff university main building and around a ten minute walk away from Cardiff town centre.
