Large double room available in house share with two other people. Water, gas and electric bills included in rent price. Internet is £18 pounds a month each and council tax is £66.50 each.

Ideal quiet location on Marlborough Road, right by Roath Park Recreational Ground and Wellfield Road shops (and Joe's icecream parlour!). Free parking can be found on the road and on roads nearby (but sometimes it can get busy).

Very cosy house with a lot of character. Communal areas include large kitchen and living room, separate bathroom and toilet, and a terrace which is a great sun trap in the afternoons. Flat is two stories and is above a dentist which isn’t open evenings or on weekends so we don’t get any noise from below.

We are looking for a nice, easy going and clean housemate with a good sense of humour. One of us is a smoker but only outside the house. Room is available to rent from the 1st of October and is a six month minimum contract. The letting agent in charge of the house maintenance will require proof of ID, proof of current address and proof of employment.
