Welcome to our home.

Looking for 1 or 2 professionals needing a bolt hole for the working week for up to 3 months.

We've 2 single rooms for Monday - Friday let with on street parking available. We've cleaners who come in weekly and the house has recently been refurbished.

As a couple we live in the house full time. We're in full time work Monday-Friday. We have a small dog so you need to be ok with that.

The price includes WIFI, professional weekly cleaning, bills and toiletries like loo paper, towels and bedding. The house also has Netflix and Now TV access in living room.

Your bedding and towels are laundered each week for you and the room made ready for your week ahead.

Bedrooms also have tea/coffee facilities and a hairdryer.

Very easy and quick access to motorway, Cardiff Gate and University Hospital of Wales (just 5 minutes in the car).

Easy reach of University buildings and the City Centre too. A short drive to city centre (approx 15 mins in rush hour).

On a direct bus route to City Centre if you don't want to worry about the parking. Bus route is a 30 second walk from the huse and takes 20 minutes in rush hour.

Bedroom 1 has plenty of storage space with a built in wardrobe, shelves and a separate drawer unit. Very comfy brand new bed & mattress. Tea & coffee facilities and a hairdryer provided in the room. WIFI also provided. Room is quiet amd faces onto a school playing field. Room is professinally cleaned every week.

Bedroom 2 has great storage space, comfy new bed and mattress. Tea & coffee facilities and a hairdryer provided in the room. WIFI also provided. Room is quiet and looks onto back garden of a cul de sac. Room is professionally cleaned weekly.

The bathroom is shared, there is a bath/shower and a rainfall showerhead. There is an additional WC and sink downstairs.

The bedrooms and bathroom are all up 1 flight of stairs.

We've a kitchen/diner with patio doors onto the garden you can use and you're welcome to share the living room space and gardens (front and back).

The house is professionally cleaned weekly. Bills and WiFi are included in the weekly price.

We ask for no smoking inside the house and for you to keep the kitchen and living spaces clean amd tidy. Also no shoes to be worn on the carpets.

Please note £100 security/Damage deposit to secure the room is required and is Non refundable if you change your mind.(refunded at the end of stay with no damage)

2 weeks rent payable on the first day of stay and every week thereafter by bank transfer.

THE ROOM IS LET TO THE LODGER ONLY AND NO SHARING, VISITORS OR COUPLES.

The local area is suburban. chippy, local shop, pub and Harvesters in walking distance. Also 5 minutes from popular Roath Park, Wellfield Road and City Road area for bars, shops and eating places.

Range of supermarkets, fast food places and other eating places and shops are all reached in 5 minutes by car as we're so close to Newport Road amd Cardiff Gate.

We've fields and a small lake 2 minutes away if you fancy a walk or you can be at Roath Park Lake and the lighthouse in 5 minutes by car.
