Large 3 storey town house in quiet suburban area - CF14. £575 includes all bills (water, electric, WiFi, TV license, council tax) parking space and your own bathroom. Room is furnished as is the rest of the house. There is a garden too.

This is my own home and I am looking for someone who is quiet, considerate and tidy.

I’m not a big drinker or party animal and have a professional job that requires early starts, so ideally someone similar to myself.

Walking distance from two train stations and two busy bus routes, Walking distance to a range of amenities (4 supermarkets, petrol station, pubs, gyms, Heath Hospital) . Easy and quick access to the M4. Fantastic for commuting or someone without a car. Although a parking space is included.

Very close to UHW, so ideal for those in the medical field.

I have a cat, he is well trained and very well behaved.

My hobbies include body building, which does mean I meal prep a lot and do have supplements and fitness related bits around, I hope that’s ok. Some people find it a bit odd. Don’t worry , I don’t expect you to go to the gym. I also enjoy F1 and watching documentaries.

Happy to socialise a little but do like my own space. I tend to watch a bit of TV in the evenings and weekends.

I am a ‘home bunny’ and like being around the house in my down time, so I am home when not at work or the gym. I’m very quiet, so would be ok for anyone that works shifts.
