There’s a modern bathroom upstairs. One of the other rooms has its own en-suite, so you’ll only be sharing the main bathroom with two other housemates.

Outside, you’ll find a good-sized garden with a decking area, ideal for enjoying a cold drink on sunny days.

The house is in a fantastic spot- just a 10-minute walk to Heath Hospital (UHW) and a short stroll to Whitchurch Road with its great mix of shops, cafés and restaurants. There are also excellent bus links nearby with frequent services into the city centre.
