Outside, you’ll find a good-sized garden with a decking area, ideal for enjoying a cold drink on sunny days.

Location:
The house is in a fantastic spot- just a 10-minute walk to Heath Hospital (UHW) and a short stroll to Whitchurch Road with its great mix of shops, cafés and restaurants. There are also excellent bus links nearby with frequent services into the city centre.

The current tenants are all young professional females. We’re keen to create a friendly, relaxed and respectful home, so we’re looking for a like-minded young professional who enjoys living in a clean, tidy and sociable household 🫧
