Looking for a student to take over a room at this lovely student house at Gelligaer Street. with the 3 lovely girls living at the property. All girls are students at Cardiff Met. The tenancy runs from now to June 2020. The rent is £320 excluding bills. The bills cost is around £35 a month. The house is located close to the centre of Cardiff, and it is within walking distance to all universities in Cardiff. It is very close to the local shops such as Lidl and Tesco about 10-15 minutes walk. There is parking across the road from the house (non permit).

The double room is quite spacious and has a lot of storage. Including a large wardrobe and chest of drawers. There is a good sized desk and chair also. (Mirror above desk not included)

There is one shared bathroom, a decently sized kitchen and modern living space with flat screen TV on the wall.
