Spacious double room with drawers, desk and wardrobe on middle floor. We are a predominantly student house with three Masters students, one second year, one third year and one full time working. Will accept non student and can split council tax with other working tenant. We are a chilled out house, quiet and respectful. One bathroom with toilet, one shower room with sink and downstairs toilet. Open plan kitchen and living space and outside patio/garden.
