There is off street parking for two cars, you will have use of one space and a spacious garage where you can store your things, a bike etc.

The room is spacious and the flat is furnished by the existing tenant so you don’t need any of your own furniture.

A very large lounge with open fire makes for a lovely room to relax in and a separate kitchen finished to the highest standard. There is a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer and your room comes with full use of the built in double wardrobe in the hallway.

The bathroom has a double shower and separate roll top bath... perfect for relaxing in.

A little about me, I am a junior lawyer and massive foodie. I love to cook and eat out and am happy to enjoy an evening cooking dinner and sharing a bottle of wine and chatting in front of the fire as well as enjoying my own space and having a busy work and social life. My hobbies include working out and I enjoy dance and yoga classes as well as swimming at the nearby David Lloyd.
