Cardiff room Mon to Fri

Very comfy furnished room available for Mon to Fri in a central area of Cardiff. Shared bathroom, kitchen and lounge. Tea and coffee facilities in room. Short bus ride to Cardiff City Centre. Very reliable bus service. I work at the hospitals and public transport from here to UHW is very reliable and frequent however it's 5 mins in the car and approx 30 mins to walk. Lots of parking here on very quiet street. Lovely neighbours. lots of Supermarkets close by and other shops i. e. M&S. Cafes and restaurants also nearby and lots to do in the evenings as well as relax in a beautiful comfy furnished home. One weekend per month is an acceptable additional stay however the let us Mon to Fri. For two people the rent is naturally double.
Will accept a service dog.
I'm a very busy woman and a very quiet landlord who likes privacy however I am approachable and also like to chat so feel free to ask any questions. My partner is away until the weekends but will normally arrive home on a Friday. We're very friendly people and are also very respectful of others space peace and privacy. I'd be happy to show you around for a day and get you acquainted with my beautiful city; Cardiff.
(We do have a cat but she lives outside most of the time. She's never a bother but info here in case of allergies. We eat a mainly veggie and totally Kosher diet which means no pork or shellfish is consumed in this property and we will not house it in our fridge).
You can bring your own double bedding or use that which is purposed for the room. Either one will be laundered here for you at the weekend and place back in the room ready for you to place on the bed as you wish.
