Modern clean townhouse in quiet estate but close links to city centre. Off road parking available.
The room is available for 4 nights a week, Monday to Thursday.
There's a lockable large double bedroom on the ground floor of the 3 storey townhouse. It could be considered to be a 1 bedroom self contained flat, but it is a communal front door and hallway.
The rear lounge area faces onto the back garden through patio doors. The kitchen is included with all utensils, cooker, microwave, fridge freezer and washing machine. Although, we would need to have use of the washing machine.
