Hello,
We are a group of young professionals living in a good location just off Albany Road. We are all good mates and easy going and looking for someone who might be up for joining in with things we do. We are an all male household but some of our girlfriends are often over so we don't mind whether you are male or female or identify as a spaceship!
We all have full time professional jobs and spend evenings and weekends socialising, climbing, music, games and gym.
About the house:
The house share is a 5 bedroom terraced property with an open plan kitchen living room and kitchen area. The house is just round the corner from The Pear Tree and Juno lounge and we have a Sainsburys local about 30 secs away. One room, currently occupied, is larger than the others. That house mate is willing to swap out if there is a couple interested in renting that room.
About the room:
The room has a double bed, built in wardrobe, a chest of draws and a window looking out onto our concrete jungle garden so plenty of natural light.
Dates:
Our house contract runs until June 2020. So looking for someone to move in until then. However we are flexible if you know you will need to move out before then. The house is available from 1st of December 2019 but again we're flexible so let us know your moving dates.
Please feel free to message for a viewing. Most of us work 9-5 hours during the day so late evening is best on weekdays and anytime on the weekend.
