We have one double bedroom available in a 4 bedroom house situated just off North Road in Gabalfa. It’s a big 3 floors house with a garden and shed, plenty of storage spaces and 3.5 bathrooms meaning you would only have to share a bathroom with one other person. The room comes unfurnished but there may be some room for negotiation with the leaving tenant.
Close to amenities with a Tesco and Subway down the road, and loads of shops nearby on Whitchurch Road. Only a 20 minutes walk to the University Hospital of Wales and easy access to the city centre within five minutes with frequent buses.
We have a cat in the house so must be a pet friendly person!
Rent including bills is currently £470.
Deposit is £250.
