I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy at Liberty Court. The room has a double bed, desk, desk chair, bed side table, wardrobe, under bed storage and own bathroom. There is a shared kitchen and living area. All bills included in cost - water, electricity, gas and free broadband available. There is also a laundry room and bike storage. There is a reception to ask about any info or collect your parcels. There are 4 other flatmates, 2 males and 2 females who are friendly, sociable and all up for a student night out! Please be aware that this room is only available for students who are studying in university for a degree or masters.
