Room&bathroom in shared flat: lovely view

Hi!

I'm basically looking for someone to share this beautiful fully furnished flat with. I'm very easygoing and I look for someone alike, clean, and who will look after the things we share (quite basic).

Description follows:
- Car park: not an allocated one, but there are visitor spots in the area that you can use, they are all outdoors. This is a quiet dead-end street. There's also a small shed for bikes.
- Access: this is a second floor and there's no lift.
- Your room: it includes a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a window, a desktop and a wide single/double bed (115cm wide).
- Your bathroom: you will have your own bathroom, with bath, toilet and sink.
- Kitchen (shared): equipped with fridge/freezer, gas hob, double oven, microwave, dishwasher, and washing/drying machine.
- Lounge (shared, together with the kitchen): it has a dining table, a sofa, an armchair, a big TV screen, and a now TV box, but there's no subscription (you are welcome to use your accounts on it). There is light coming in from three different sides.
- There's a nice balcony with a little table and a couple of chairs.
- Internet: there is no wifi in the flat itself, I simply use the mobile phone as a hotspot and works pretty well. If yours doesn't work well, we could get a portable broadband in the future and share the cost.
- Location: literally by the river, beautiful view from the lounge and the balcony. Retail park and supermarkets (Asda, Aldi, Morrisons and Tesco) within walking distance. Bus stop, nextbike and link road around the corner.
- The rent of £540 per month includes water, electricity, gas, and council tax.
