I have a double bedroom in a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom clean and tidy house!
I’m looking for a clean, tidy, strictly non smoking (including vaping) house mate who besides taking their work/studies seriously don’t only want a roof above their heads but would be happy to have a chat/board game with existing house mates but equally respect each other’s privacy. This is not a party house, but we’re all sociable individuals. We share the housework weekly.
You must be a dog lover as we sometimes ’host’ my daughter’s dog. See picture.
The room comes with a comfortable double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, mirror, desk and chair and the house comes with a big kitchen, living room, 2 bathrooms, conservatory full of plants and a garden.
We have a washing machine, a dishwasher, and I can give you beddings and towels as well if you don’t want to bring them with you (especially from abroad).
Parking is easy in front of the house and we have a bike stand as well.
Aldi, Tesco, B&M, Halfords, Pure Gym, KFC, Greggs and the park are all within 3 minutes walk. Walking to the city centre through the park takes about 35 minutes, the bus that takes you there is just round the corner. Cardiff Met is 7 minutes walk away, the hospital is about 15 and Cardiff Uni is about 25 minutes walk away or 15 mins by bus.
No couples please.
Friendly, easy going people are looking for their new housemate. 2 of us are living here at the moment: me and a student.
