Double Bedroom to rent in modern house in Canton

Reposted as person I had lined up for two months changed their plans. I'm considering renting out my en-suite bedroom which is fully furnished with Double Bed, Bed side tables, double wardrobe, carpet (if you don’t want it furnished I can always put it in storage). En-suite Toilet, shower and basin.

Shared lounge and kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer etc), downstairs WC, decent size back garden with Patio, deck, and lay-z-spa in the Summer (always good to cool down). Have fibre wifi broadband and virgin tv, all bills included except food.

Ample street parking available. 5 minute walk to Victoria Park, 15 minutes to Cardiff City Stadium, 40 mins to city Centre by foot or you can catch a bus from Victoria Park, or train from Ninian Park.

I'm a large guy who's losing weight - so someone with a healthy influence would be good and I’m on the lookout for a gym buddy. I like to cook (happy to share cooking duties), spend time with friends and family, am definitely not a party animal- but do have a sense of humour and know how to have a good time. I appreciate having time on my own too. Looking for a sensible person to rent my room who's not going to cause drama.

I will probably get a cleaner in once a week to look after the shared parts of the house but would like a neat, tidy and hygienic housemate nonetheless.

I might consider a housemate with a smallish dog, but they would have to be housetrained and get along with my sister’s dogs (two griffons) who I dog sit for every so often.

I work full time in the Civil Service on shift patterns including overnights. Cardiff City Season Ticket holder - so Swansea or Bristol City Fans need not apply... 😂
