Smallish but very decent sized double room available to rent in an amazing location in a terraced house, available now. My partner is working in North Wales for the next few months until October 2020, so we are looking for someone to take the spare room who can be an awesome housemate until then! Shorter stays will be considered too.

ABOUT THE LOCATION:
The house is in a great location in an ideal area of Grangetown and Cardiff. It is so close to the centre of town, Riverside market and the Principality stadium.
- 10 minute walk from Cardiff Central Station
- 8 minute walk from Grangetown Station
- 5-10 minute walk from local amenities
- 4 minute walk to Tramshed and to Lufkin Coffee :)
- 20 minute walk to Cardiff Castle

ABOUT THE HOUSE:
- There is on street parking
- Terraced house
- Shared living room with a big TV
- Large kitchen and dining area
- One bathroom with shower/bathtub
- Fully furnished
- Shared "chill out" room
- Outdoor patio area with a small garden

ABOUT COSTS:
- £300 rent for the room (however there is a bigger room for £400 if you would prefer that)
- Internet: £15
- Water: £36
- Energy (gas and electricity): as and when the bill comes depending on usage. Last bill was £42, but this is due to it being cold and wintery!
- No deposit necessary

ABOUT ME:
My name is Greta, I am a 30-year-old Art teacher, currently working at a college in Cardiff. I'm into fitness, mindfulness, cooking, films, Netflix shows and walking around in nature when I have spare time. I've only been living in Cardiff for about 6 months, I was living in London before, I'm really up for getting out and about and love to chat and be sociable. But at the same time I really love staying in, reading a book, watching a film and being cosy. I’m not a huge partygoer but every so often I love going to a gig or something fun. I’m tidy and will totally respect your space.
