Hello! I’m a 43 year old professional single parent sharing the house with my two boys from Sunday to Thursday morning and full time with a lovely cat.
Looking for a clean, tidy, non smoker professional or a postgrad student for my spare double room for either short or long term.
The house is close to all amenities. Short walks to supermarkets, restaurants, Chapter and 20 min. walk to the city centre.
Our house gets quiet after 7pm when kids are with me as we have very active days and go to bed early. After 7.30pm-8pm, house is all yours.
Kitchen is fully equipped. There is also internet, Netflix, dvd player but no tv channels.
