The reservation fee is £100, this will be payable when reserved. This will then be deducted from your firsts month rent, when you move in. You will receive a tenant welcome pack, with a few necessities, local information and important household information.

If the application passes then you will be able to move into the property and we will take first and last months rent in advance (no deposit) at the time you move in, when we exchange the keys. You can get settled in ASAP as soon as your application is approved.
