The large open kitchen has a separate annex for further storage and second sink, and has French doors that open on to a well-kept garden to the rear of the property which has plenty of space during summer. There is parking for one car on the driveway, which we have all shared as and when we need it. On-street parking is very generous, too.
There are two rooms on offer: both are double rooms that share the main bathroom on the second floor. The shared bathroom is only used by these rooms as the other two rooms in the property have ensuites. The bathroom comes with a separate bath and shower cubicle. Both bedrooms include a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bed side table. One bedroom is slightly larger than the other (labelled bedroom 1 in the photos).
Current tenants include a media officer (Beth, 25) and engineer (Phil, 25) who are both very nice people. We're all friends and they are warm and welcoming to anyone who's interested in staying a while!
