There is a Tesco, pharmacy, coffee shops, butcher and library ten minutes walk away and the main Whitchurch village is approximately twenty minutes walk away. There is a corner shop at the end of the road and Asda is twenty minutes walk away. The Village Hotel, including a gym and Starbucks, is a ten minute walk away.

The property has a large, south-facing garden, a well-stocked kitchen, a good sized open plan lounge to the dining area and the advertised room is the only one on the first floor, next to a small bathroom.

Parking is available off road, for up to four cars. The area is very quiet but also close to amenities.

The Village Hotel is a short walk away and so is Asda, with a McDonalds, a petrol station and Starbucks. The M4 and A470 are minutes away, by car.

There is some storage available upstairs in the eaves, in an upstairs storage room or in a detached garage (for bicycles, etc).
