I’m moving to America for a year or two so would like someone to enjoy my home and help me continue to pay the bills whilst I’m away. For the most part, you’ll have the house to yourself, but I may come home to stay a couple times per year.
The house is of high standard and lots or gadgets which I’m happy for you to use, even a smart kettle & Washing machine!
I’m happy to furnish the bedroom for you or leave it unfurnished, which ever fits your needs.
The house is a new build and the neighbours are all young couples whom are lovely! I’m also happy to consider earlier move in dates if required.
