It is also within easy reach of the City Centre or University. Local amenities including Lidl, Aldi and Tesco are all within a 7-10 minute walk. You will also be within 25 minutes walk or a 6 minute drive to of the Heath Hospital. The road is a very quiet road. Postcode is CF14.

2 story mid-terraced house with 1 bathroom and 3 bedrooms. Bedrooms are spacious with an Ikea built wardrobes and a reasonably to large sized study space.

Looking for:

At the moment I am seeking 1 additional housemate who is a professional or a student, not really bothered about age as long as clean, tidy, honest, pays rent on time and doesn't wake me up at 4am on a work night! Just someone friendly enough to have a chat.

A few musts:
1. No alcohol is allowed on the premises.
2. Tenants will need to bring their own bedsheets.
3.. No partners sleeping round
4. Only vegetarian or halal meet meat allowed in the house
