Hello! My name’s Catrin and I’m looking for a housemate to join me in my lovely home.
About the room/house:
En suite double room in new 2 bed house at The Mill, Canton - right by the Bone Yard (with the best pizza place in Cardiff..), there are some great restaurants, bars and pubs just a short stroll away, as is Victora Park.

Fully furnished master bedroom with en suite, ideal for a young professional.
The room has a very comfortable double bed and plenty of storage.
Lovely living room with a big, super comfortable sofa and 50” TV (Netflix included), fully equipped, social kitchen/diner, with dishwasher and washing machine/dryer. There’s also a down stairs toilet and a good sized garden with decking, patio, very secure bike shed, and even a full-sized table tennis table!

About me:
I’m 29 years old, working as a radio producer in Cardiff. I love music, sport, the beach and good food!

I’m looking for someone easygoing, clean and respectful. It’s an ideal house for 2 to share as there are separate living spaces (the living room and the kitchen/diner), and we’d have a bathroom each. I’d like to live with someone laid-back and friendly - if that’s you, let me know!
Ideally I’d prefer someone who doesn’t usually work from home, but this can be discussed.

All bills are included. Contract will be a month to month rolling contract to offer flexibility on both sides (with at least a month’s notice required by either of us).
